Hillary Clinton Gun Control

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has vowed to use the presidential power of executive order to bring her gun control measures to fruition. To be fair, some of her ideas make sense. Extensive background checks and private sales loopholes should be mulled over.

However, like most Liberals, she believes that machines – guns – are at fault for all shootings. When the guns were approached with this accusation, they had no comment. She also wants gun manufacturers and dealers to be held liable for gun violence.

This is the most uproariously ridiculous notion the left has ever conjured up – and there are plenty of them. Will they face jail time because a murderer killed someone? Will Ford Motors be held culpable for a crazed man using his car as a weapon?

There are more murders at the hands of a man swinging a hammer than there are murders by gunfire. Will Ace hardware be liable? Will the man that sold the hammer be charged with accessory to murder?

Fox New's legal annalist Judge Napolitano responded, “She wants to hold the gun manufacturers liable for the misdeeds of others. That violates something called 'due process,' a very fundamental principle in the Constitution.”

Here are the top three gun proposals she plans on dictating via executive order.

• Prohibiting domestic abusers and stalkers from buying and possessing guns.
• Closing the Charleston Loophole, where a federal background check worker didn't contact the correct law enforcement agency.
• Repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, which prevents the manufacturers and dealers of firearms from being held liable for crimes committed with their weapons.

None of these ideas would have stopped any of the mass shootings that occurred during the Obama Administration's tenure. Upwards of 80% of these shootings occured where guns are banned – gun free zones.

After the deplorable mass killing of children in the Sandy Hook Elementary School, they decided to post armed guards at every school. Gun free zones are a desirous place for the cowards that kill innocent Americans.

Hillary, as well as Bernie Sanders, wants to disarm Americans. This, while they are both protected by guns every day. There is no end to the blatant hypocrisy of Hillary and her Progressive Liberal cohorts. There are more guns in America than there are citizens. How would they be recovered?  

A gun confiscation branch of government would need to be established to take on such a task. When the job is completed, the criminals with guns can be rest assured that the home they are about to break into has no gun owners as occupants.
